Pod Bites: Disability and food insecurity

Our first briefing on food insecurity and inequalities experienced by disabled people exposes the fact that nearly four in 10 households with an adult limited a lot by disability are facing food insecurity.

So for our latest podcast we lined up author, chef and food campaigner Danny McCubbin to delve into the report's key findings.

He hears a range of perspectives from citizens with lived experience of what it's like to struggle to afford - and get access - to healthy food and experts working in organisations on the frontline of food and fuel poverty.

For further analysis read our blog about how the data has sparked concerns about widening health inequalities.
